We’ve been shortlisted for the Federation of Small Business Awards in the ‘Service Excellence’ category for East Anglia. We’re pleasantly surprised and surprisingly chuffed!
I entered us into this category because I feel we’ve worked really hard the last few years to deliver better service, supply more of what people want at the same time as expanding our product range to more obscure items, and we’ve supported the motorcycling community through lockdown by staying open, staying calm and providing some light relief through our ‘virtual rally’.
I’ll let you know how the award ceremony goes, but before then we have a problem – the dress code for the awards event is ‘business attire’, can someone lend us all a tie?
