The petrol tank is in reasonably good condition structurally the inside and outside finish will need some attention to bring it up to 1st class condition. It appears that there has been some reaction to when the tank was chromed and has a frosty etched pattern in the finish. The tank does have rust on the inside so will need cleaning and sealing the inside before use. Please see pictures.
