Fork Springs

Below is a table showing the different fork springs manufactured by Ariel over the years. Applications are not shown, as they are rather involved. Using the table you should be able to work out which springs you have fitted now and decide if you wish to replace them with the same or a different spring. Our recommendation is shown in the table but riding styles, road type and personal preferences may alter this, as will a passenger but not by much. As will be noted the spring rate does not vary by much, the difference is in the fitted length and therefore the pre-load, i.e. the load that the spring will support before it begins to compress.
